This is how I run mine, note the -world stratis parameter (stratis world config included in the setup):
d:\games\steam\steamapps\common\arma 3\arma3_x64.exe -buldozer -name=Buldozer -window -noLand -exThreads=0 -noAsserts -world=stratis -worldcfg=stratis -cfg=buldozer.cfg
Will look like this.
For time switch, one can run scripts in buldozer through here:
timeset.sqf script.
setDate [2001, 06, 22, 05, 0];
You can use any SQF file name and path, this is just an example:
\scripts\BuldozerTools\timeset.sqf
Make sure NOT to use p: in the beginning.
