WrpPatchV3 converts resistance format OPRW WRP files to non resistance.

Reason being, it is only non-resistance files that can be used by WrpEdit.

Usage

wrpPatchV3 warpfilemame[.wrp]

The WRP extension is default and not required.

Output will be warpfilename.V2.wrp

Checks and balances are installed to ensure:

It is a resistance format, OPRW, WRP file!

And, that the cell size is 256 x 256 (other cell sizes are not appropriate for non-resistance, and cannot be edited by WrpEdit, therefore, pointless to continue.
