Converts your arma2 unbinarized WRP file individual road models into arma3 compatible polyline shapefiles.

In jobs config you should use simplification_threshold 0.04 instead of the default 0.5 which the download came with. The roads will be bit too much simplified withe zero point five example .job file value.
