Buildings Analyze

Buildings Analyze, texture wise, how are houses UV mapped and textured?

User made models

MehMan did many of Opteryx textures.

opxbuildings\data:

  • Uses mix of 1024 and 2048 resolution
  • No _CO used at all
  • Good texture space usage
  • Few textures re-painted to use in same model base

opxmisc\data:

  • Uses mix of 256 to 2048 resolution
  • No _CO used at all
  • Good texture space usage
  • Few textures re-painted to use in same model base

razmisc\data:

  • Uses BIS texture (file names)
  • Uses some textures from Opteryx buildings

ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead models

misc_e\WF\Data:

  • Good texture space usage
  • Few textures-repainted to use in same model base
  • Almost all 1024 or lower resolution

misc_e\data:

  • Good texture space usage

signs_e\SignC\Data:

  • Uses all town names in same texture
