Any Unit with a move type of 0 (zero) will not move. The other move types are: ^ ID ^ Type ^ | 0 | No Move | | 1 | Foot | | 2 | Wheeled | | 3 | Tracked | | 4 | Low Air | | 5 | Air | | 6 | Naval | | 7 | Rail | If you wish to have a SAM Unit that moves, and 1 that does not, you need 2 separate Units.
